Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2003. We are in the construction field, creating modern luxury apartments to a high standard of architectural design under the observation of qualified civil engineers.

The company’s concept is to build a trusted brand name to make their valued clients proud of being the owners of a “Span Tower” apartment where they can live for generations. The ambition of “Span Tower”Management is to maintain reliability and reputation for years to come.

“Span Tower” is the great achievement of young entrepreneur Mr.S.Sanjeevan, who built the company, bringing it to a high level in Sri Lanka. They have been able to overcome all past challenges with Their sheer
dedication, determination, and contribution. Finally, the company has expanded its business, taking their brand name “Span Tower” to the world.

Corroborating the philosophy, Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. has successfully completed 23 projects while carrying out 02 ongoing projects in Colombo 06 & Negombo. We are proud of “Span Tower” and We are happy to announce that our apartments are on a fast track in the market with a high demand from both local & foreign clients.

The main reason behind Span Engineering to carve out a reputation of trust and reliability is the fact that it is engaged in the entire process of construction. Unlike some other developers who either mortgage the
lands or enter into a partnership when constructing an apartment complex, Span Engineering continues to remain as the sole owner of the land where the projects are being carried out. This actually allows the
company to transfer the deeds for the units to the customers on time. And also, out of 23 completed projects, Span Tower has transferred the deed on time for 21 projects so far due to this reason.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd provides quality management, Designing and constructing luxury Apartments all over Sri Lanka. The Span Engineering has developed its expertise since its establishment and its aim is to achieve high standards of construction and services to its customers. It is the policy of the Span Engineering to provide the customers with Apartments and services according to the agreed requirement in accordance with the details and price. The Management & Staff are accountable for Quality of Apartments Services and the Quality Management System is improved through constant reviews, and the suppliers and sub-contractors are being encouraged to co-operate. The Span Group is committed to achieving customer satisfaction, according to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards and relevant and obliging to applicable legal and other regulations at every stage of each project and service implementation.

Diversify of Business

At present, the company is maintaining 7 Span Tower apartments. In addition, the company has recently introduced a number of value-added services in order to better serve their clients. These services include the sale or rent the existing apartments, purchasing the land owned by their customers. Furthermore, a customer id offered the option of selling his land to the company in favor of an apartment, while under a joint venture, Span Tower will also develop the land owned by the customers. Furthermore, as the concept of living in an apartment is rapidly gaining popularity, many of the customers of Span Engineering are expatriates. For their peace of mind, Span Tower will also offer property management facilities, so that their apartments will remain in innovative condition upon their return.

And also there will be an upcoming project soon in Colombo. What is more, the company owns the lands upon which they build Span Tower apartments and hence is able to transfer the deeds to the apartment units to their respective owners of the 22 completed projects, Span Engineering has already transferred the deeds to 20 projects to their clients.
