We received the Final Certificate from CMA for our Span Tower 14th massive project at No.06, Arethusa Lane, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration at the Colombo Land Registry.
Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first – two deeds of Span Tower 23 Situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia to their customers on 13.12.2022, It is noteworthy to mention that Span Tower has transferred the deeds of all their completed projects.
Sansiy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 27 project situated at No.77, Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well.
