Span Tower 10 has now received the CMA certificate

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 19 project situated at No.209, Quarry Road, Dehiwala and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium deed of declaration at the Delkanda Land Registry.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 21st project situated at No.73, Vijeya Kumarathunga Mawatha, Colombo 5, and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 29 project situated at #425/4, Attygalle Gardens, SriJayawardanapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, It is noteworthy that the Span Tower 29 project was completed and opened on 04.11.2021

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 24 project situated at No.48/3A, Dharmarama Road, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well.
