Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is happy to inform that the Deed of Declaration of Span Tower 21 situated at No 73, Vijaya kumaranathunga Mawatha, Colombo 05 has been duly registered in the Colombo Land Registry. Also, the company is now in a position to transfer the deeds of the apartments to Its customers.
