Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 24 project situated at No.48/3A, Dharmarama Road, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Sansiy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first deeds of Span Tower 27 Situated at No. 77, Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa. To their customer on April 19, 2024, it is noteworthy to mention that Span Tower has transferred the deeds of all their completed projects.
