We have obtained CMA certificate & carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration together with the condominium plan at the Delkanda Land Registry.

Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 23 project situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia. and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium plan at the survey department.
