Span Tower 10 – Obtained COC

We have obtained CMA certificate & carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration together with the condominium plan at the Colombo Land Registry.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd transfers the 1st deed of Span Tower 24 Situated at No 48/3A, Dharmarama Road, Colombo 06 to their customer on 27.05.2022, It is noteworthy that the Span Tower 24 project was completed and opened on 30.07.2021.
