Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a name well-known for its outstanding service integrity and proficiency in the field of construction and architecture as one of the leading construction firms for the past eighteen years in Sri Lanka. Span Engineering is a reputed company containing experienced civil engineers, architects, and high professionals in the construction sector and has successfully completed building twenty-one ‘’Span Tower’’ apartment condominiums on the island while three more projects are to be completed in the near future. The locally owned company’s head office is situated at Wellawatte, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd specializes in designing, constructing, and managing luxury apartments across Sri Lanka. Since 2003, we’ve maintained the highest construction and service standards, delivering projects on specification and budget. Our ISO 9001:2015‑based Quality Management System is continuously improved through regular reviews and close collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring full legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
Diversify of Business
At present, the company is maintaining 7 Span Tower apartments. In addition, the company has recently introduced a number of value-added services in order to better serve their clients. These services include the sale or rent the existing apartments, purchasing the land owned by their customers. Furthermore, a customer id offered the option of selling his land to the company in favor of an apartment, while under a joint venture, Span Tower will also develop the land owned by the customers. Furthermore, as the concept of living in an apartment is rapidly gaining popularity, many of the customers of Span Engineering are expatriates. For their peace of mind, Span Tower will also offer property management facilities, so that their apartments will remain in innovative condition upon their return.
