LAMUDI’s REAL EXPO’16 – SLECC

We have obtained CMA certificate & carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration together with the condominium plan at the Colombo Land Registry.

Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first – two deeds of Span Tower 23 Situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia to their customers on 13.12.2022, It is noteworthy to mention that Span Tower has transferred the deeds of all their completed projects.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 29 project situated at #425/4, Attygalle Gardens, SriJayawardanapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, It is noteworthy that the Span Tower 29 project was completed and opened on 04.11.2021
