Span Tower 11 has now received the CMA certificate

Sansiy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 27 project situated at No.77, Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium deed of declaration at the Delkanda Land Registry.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 30 project situated at #35, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 30 project was completed and opened on 05.01.2024

This is inform to you that all the licenses have been obtained and the Deed of Declaration has been duly registered in the Colombo Land Registry in respect of the Condominium Apartment Complex at No.27, Windsor Avenue, Dehiwala

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 29 project situated at No.425/4, Attygalle Gardens, SriJayawardanapura, Rajagiriya. and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium deed of declaration at the Delkanda Land Registry.
