Span Tower 11 has now received the CMA certificate

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first deed of Span Tower 19 Situated at No.209, Quarry Road, Dehiwala to their customer on 02.12.2022.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 24 project situated at No.48/3A, Dharmarama Road, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first – two deeds of Span Tower 23 Situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia to their customers on 13.12.2022, It is noteworthy to mention that Span Tower has transferred the deeds of all their completed projects.
