Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 30 project situated at No. 35, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 and is carrying on the process of the registration of the condominium deed of declaration at the Colombo Land Registry.
This is inform to you that COC have been obtained for the Condominium Apartment Complex at No.27, Windsor Avenue, Dehiwala.
Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 30 project situated at #35, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 30 project was completed and opened on 05.01.2024
