Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 21 project situated at No.73, Vijeya Kumarathunga Mawatha, Colombo 5.
Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 23 project situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia. and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium plan at the survey department.
Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 30 project situated at #35, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 30 project was completed and opened on 05.01.2024

Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first – two deeds of Span Tower 23 Situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia to their customers on 13.12.2022, It is noteworthy to mention that Span Tower has transferred the deeds of all their completed projects.
