Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 29 project situated at No.425/4, Attygalle Gardens, SriJayawardanapura, Rajagiriya. and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium deed of declaration at the Delkanda Land Registry.
Sansiy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 27 project situated at No.77, Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 27 project was completed and opened on 05.04.2023
