We received the Final Certificate from CMA for our Span Tower 12th massive project at No.48, Haig Road, Colombo 04 and carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration at the Colombo Land Registry.
Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 29 project situated at #425/4, Attygalle Gardens, SriJayawardanapura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well.
