Span Tower 12 – Obtained COC

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 30 project situated at #35, Pereira Lane, Colombo 06 and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 30 project was completed and opened on 05.01.2024

This is inform to you that COC have been obtained for the Condominium Apartment Complex at No.06, Arethusa Lane, Colombo 06.

We received the Final Certificate from CMA for our Span Tower 12th massive project at No.48, Haig Road, Colombo 04 and carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration at the Colombo Land Registry.
