Article about our newest 15th condominium project on leading Tamil newspaper Virakesari (21 September 2014)

We have obtained CMA certificate & carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration together with the condominium plan at the Colombo Land Registry.

Span Excello (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 23 project situated at No.26, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia. and carrying on the process of the registration of condominium plan at the survey department.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd transfers the first deed of Span Tower 19 Situated at No.209, Quarry Road, Dehiwala to their customer on 02.12.2022.

Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the CMA Certificate for Span Tower 24 project situated at No.48/3A, Dharmarama Road, Colombo 06. and carrying on the process of the condominium deed of declaration at the Colombo Land Registry.

Sansiy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd has now received the Certificate of conformity (COC) for Span Tower 27 project situated at No.77, Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa and carrying on the process for obtaining the CMA certificate as well. Also, it is noteworthy that the Span Tower 27 project was completed and opened on 05.04.2023
